✨ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 was created as a personal path to surviving child loss for the second time.

✨ In such a vulnerable state of mind, I wasn’t quite sure how to go about navigating a healing journey, but I was certain I needed one.

✨ I began by observing and implementing experiences in my life that assisted in releasing the trauma and nourished my body, heart, and soul in what I was inspired by my daughters in spirit, the Soulful Starlights to call 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨.

✨ Using mindfulness in nature, art, journaling, meditation, wellness, learning, entertainment, relationships and signs from beyond I was able to support my grief journey with a renewed sense of purpose in healing and healthy ways.

✨ As I woke each day I sought to live consciously of everything in my life that could provide uplifting comfort, encouragement and nurturing in my sorrow.

✨ As I listened in meditation, I could access the wisdom my spirit needed to integrate my grief and share this process with others.

✨ We each have the choice to seek healing, nurture our bodies, calm our emotions, receive inspiration, and reclaim joy with a compassionate heart, a courageous spirit, and an adventurous soul one moment at a time.

Peace and blessings to you,

✨ Hello Beautiful Souls, Mindfulness in Grief: I

✨ Hello Beautiful Souls,

Mindfulness in Grief:

In my long journey through grief I have found mindfulness to be a valuable way to be present, to stay in the moment and to discover experiences that uplifted my grieving heart and soul.

I found it takes being mindful at the moment to intuit what our state of mind is and what activity or situation could improve it.

It was through messages from my daughters in spirit, the Soulful Starlights that living mindfully in the face of loss is to view life through a mystical and magical lens, where love and life continue on in an afterlife.

I invite you to be mindful of the ways you can offer self-care to your wellbeing, nurture your soul, comfort your heart, expand your perspective, and provide kindness to yourself in your grief journey.

Love always,
~Nancy Yuskaitis

One of the healing adventures that helped to comfort my heart the most was a ‘writing inspired adventure’ in the way of journaling.

I share in 𝙃𝙞 𝙈𝙤𝙢, 𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙈𝙚 about my experience and on the 1 year anniversary of my book, I wanted to offer a gift to bereaved parents and others of a free companion to my book.

It is an intuitive, guided journal designed to meet you wherever you are today in your grief. It is gentle, and nurturing.

You can go through it and choose what your heart needs to express and take it a step at a time. At your own pace.

It is a downloadable pdf and so you can print it out or you can answer the writing prompts in your own notebook.

Even if you have never journaled before this intuitive guidebook will offer you comfort, support and encouragement.

If now is the time, i encourage you to begin a practice of writing down your thoughts and emotions as a way to process them.

Allow yourself to be inspired to increase your awareness of self-care, to create moments of connection with your loved one, to take time for reflection of cherished memories, to use creativity in your healing journey and discover ways to carry your child or other loved one forward with you.

You can find the link to the free guidebook in my bio. I wish you peace, and compassion every step of the way.

Love and blessings,

🎨 Hi Beautiful Souls, Self-expression frees your

🎨 Hi Beautiful Souls,

Self-expression frees your soul to breathe.

When we express what’s in our hearts, it gives our life a sense of meaning and purpose.

In my grief journey, I studied and became certified in art therapy and one of my creative expressions has been to paint kindness rocks in memory of my two daughters, Crystal & Lavender.

𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: is an activity or experience providing a creative journey into the world of color, design, and self-expression.

Kindness rocks are a gift that holds within it a gesture of healing and love. Creating colorful little treasures to give away is a beautiful gift for the giver and the receiver.

Each day we are given the opportunity to express how we are feeling in worlds, pictures, paintings, songs, and various other activities, passions, and pursuits.

Recently, I designed a free intuitive guided grief journal that will be available on my Substack page entitled “𝘼 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙅𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙂𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙛: 𝘼𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠.”

Within it I encourage artful self-expression, and painting rocks is one of the many ways we can honor our loved one, provide creative nurturing for ourselves and uplift the life of someone else at the same time.

On the back of my reiki infused rocks you will find HOPELOVEANDTHEAFTERLIFE and you are encouraged to share a photo and a location on my FB Group Page: Hope, Love, and the Afterlife.

Wishing you creative healing adventures in self-expression.

Love and light,

🦋 Soulful Greetings, On this #NationalBookLoversD

🦋 Soulful Greetings,

On this #NationalBookLoversDay I wanted to share a few things with you including this scene of our garden today. It was a peaceful place to read a book, receive inspiration, paint soulful kindness rocks and watch a bunny, hummingbirds and bees greet the day.

I would love to see a pic of my book wherever you are reading it, and I encourage you to share it.

There were many, many days when I thought I could never be so vulnerable as to share my child loss and mediumship story with others, it felt safer to keep it to myself.

It was my personal journey and I held it close to my heart. Each day though, as I sat to write in my journal I would receive messages from my two daughters in the afterlife, guides and angels that my story was meant to be shared with others who could benefit from my experiences on this healing journey through grief.

I was encouraged daily to write this book for about nine years and as I kept wiring I would think of other parents, grandparents and others who have experienced loss that would be comforted in knowing their loved ones are still with them as are mine.

I wrote Hi Mom, It’s Me to be a bridge filled with comforting messages from the afterlife to those trying to find their way through their grief.

It is filled with stories of true afterlife communication, signs from spirit, guided meditations and soulful suggestions for living with loss in creative ways.

I’m told over and over again that reading it feels like being side by side with me and receiving all the compassion and support you need from someone who has been a grieving mother all her adult life.

If you or someone you love is navigating a journey of loss and looking for comfort, my book is available in paperback and e-book on Amazon and book retailers worldwide.

With love,
~ Nancy Yuskaitis

In my book, Hi Mom, It’s Me: Hope, Love, and the Afterlife I share about this beautiful pink feather that appeared one morning in the kindness rock garden I created in memory of my two daughters.

The rock garden is outside the gate in our backyard on the walking trail in Santa fe, New Mexico.

A pink feather like this one is so unique it just had to be heaven sent.

I accepted it as a gift from one of my guardian angels who I visualize with soft, fluffy, pink wings.

She has played many roles throughout my life.

During my deep grieving she helped to nurture and open my heart chakra over and over again, as it would close instinctively in pain and self protection.

This beautiful angel guides my healing journey and encourages my passion in assisting others to heal through my soulful mediumship and grief support.

I can feel her dedication and her closeness with my two daughters in spirit that is compassionate and kind.

Are you aware of an angelic presence in your life that is loving and healing to you?

🦋 BETWEEN TWO WORLDS 🦋 We are taught to treat the

🦋 BETWEEN TWO WORLDS 🦋

We are taught to treat the ending of life as an absolute, permanent end of a relationship. But when you open yourself up to afterlife communication, you realize that your parenting hasn’t ended—it has just transitioned.

You are allowed to build an ongoing, evolving relationship with your child in spirit. You can talk to them, ask for their guidance, and co-create a new version of your bond that spans across dimensions.

After the loss of my infant daughter, Lavender it took many years of spiritual development and healing to open my heart and expand my consciousness to communicate with her but I knew deep down it was possible.

When my daughter Crystal left this life, I was certain she would contact me to let me know she was alive and well in the afterlife and that’s just what she did within a few days.

Meditation along with journaling provided the doorway or portal through which I began to connect with the other side and communicate with my two daughters, each one beginning with “𝙃𝙞 𝙈𝙤𝙢, 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙈𝙚.”

This book is a collaboration of those conversations with my 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 as they counseled, consoled and comforted their grieving mom in their own words along with stories of a mystical grief journey, signs from the afterlife and guidance on meditation, mindfulness and mediumship.

To anyone sitting in the dark tonight wondering how to survive tomorrow: let your mind expand just a bit. Listen to the quiet spaces. Your child hasn’t stopped loving you, and they haven’t stopped being with you. They are just waiting for you receive the signs they send offering love and hope.

Soulful Starlight Mediumship Sessions and Spiritual Grief Coaching is available by appointment on zoom.

You can find Hi Mom, It’s Me: Hope, Love, and the Afterlife on Amazon and wherever books are sold.

There is no doubt each of us experiences grief differently, although there are similarities in the physical reactions and symptoms within our bodies.

It’s amazing how widespread the physical symptoms can be, including a feeling of heaviness, chest pain, headaches, fatigue and lack of ability to concentrate at any length.

My personal grief journey has been an immersive experience of soulful, emotional, and creative expression, much like being in process all the time. It’s a form of mindful awareness of my wellbeing and practicing self-care.

At times holistic and medical guidance as well as dedicated self-care that is soothing to you is necessary and helpful to release the symptoms of grief held within your body.

May you receive the support you need from the spirit realm and from knowledgeable sources familiar with grief and the physical, emotional, and cognitive responses to loss that may assist you on this journey to healing the trauma of grief.

You will find more on healing grief in my book, Hi Mom, It’s Me: Hope, Love, and the Afterlife.

Blessings,

🎨 Hi Beautiful Souls,

I’d like to share an 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 that has been rekindled this month as I seek ways to acknowledge my daughter, Crystal on this 10th anniversary into the spirit world.

For several years I was painting and sharing 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙍𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙨 in Florida, Colorado, New Mexico and places in between before becoming consumed with publishing and sharing the book I co-wrote with both of my daughters in the afterlife entitled, 𝗛𝗶 𝗠𝗼𝗺, 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗠𝗲: 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲, 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

Recently, as I was engaged in a meditative writing session Crystal shared her approval of these painted rocks in her memory stating, “I love it, you always were my rock.”

This re-newed art adventure is filled with reiki infused soulful intentions of kindness in memory of both of my daughters, Crystal and Lavender.

If you discover one please share a photo on my facebook group: @𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 and keep or re-hide it for someone else to discover.

Lots of love,
~ Nancy Yuskaitis

🦋 Dear Beautiful Souls, As I acknowledge the 10th

🦋 Dear Beautiful Souls,

As I acknowledge the 10th anniversary of Crystal’s departure to spirit this month I am immensely grateful for her continued presence in my life through signs, messages and dreams that carry me forward in love, light and purpose.

This was the 1st message I received from her very soon after she arrived in the afterlife as I sought relief from the crushing pain of sorrow.

It came loud, vibrant and clear and was just what I had been asking for in my prayers and I was ecstatic.

My desire to hear from her was immense and she followed by providing a daily message as I journaled each morning.

As I wrote I could hear her talking in my mind.
The sound of her voice came through exactly as she was in life, with all the same intensity, language, and personality.

The only difference I could sense was that she was now the one offering immense love, compassion, and nurturing to me, as if the roles were reversed.

Thank you, Crystal and your sister, Lavender for your immense love and encouragement to heal my broken heart from the afterlife.

Always loved and cherished,

🌸 At certain times, life gives you a variety of emotions to take in and experience.

Events such as anniversaries, weddings, graduations, and vacations after loss offer poignant times to reflect and feel your loved one’s presence.

There may be sentimental memories that bring a smile to your heart, yet the grief is so intense that it can bring uncontrollable tears as you miss your loved one’s presence so deeply.

I am grateful for the many messages I continue to receive from both of my daughters, The Soulful Starlights in the afterlife which help to soothe my grieving heart and offer support to others living with loss.

This weekend I am acknowledging the 10th anniversary of Crystal’s sudden departure to the world beyond with love overflowing and gratitude for our continued relationship.

Blessings be,
