Christmas Greetings … in a Holiday State of Mind.

Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year.  Brightly decorated trees are a delight to my senses and fill my colorful soul with joy.  Each year we decorate a tree or two at our island cottage in early December and by mid-December we hit the road traveling around the state of Florida visiting with family before embarking on a winter road trip out west.

It is a pleasure to embrace the beauty and charm of each tree as no two are ever alike.  I especially like the ones with coastal, vintage or regional themes yet I love including mementos from special occasions, vacations and family memories including ornaments for those no longer with us.

Throughout the month of December I will keep adding to this post as I share my own tree’s and the beautiful holiday trees we encounter on our travels.
