Life after loss is a delicate process, each heartfelt day at a time.
It’s important to take extra special care of yourself at this time. Be gentle, kind and compassionate as you spend a great deal of time in your own thoughts and emotions, especially in the early stages of grief.
Let yourself experience the emotions you are feeling but also let them pass through you as you set the intention to release your grief bit by bit in quiet sessions of relaxation or meditation.
As you send LOVE to your loved one, know that they are safe and let a feeling of PEACE permeate the experience.
As your energy and state of mind permits it’s helpful to let yourself begin to LIVE, LOVE & DREAM again.
Allow the beauty and healing found in nature to provide relief from the pain and sadness that can overwhelm you.
May the love and friendships in your life be a healing balm to your weary heart.
Allow light to begin to shine in the darkest places of your soul as it uplifts and adds brightness to your life again.
Seeking the skilled hands of a massage therapist, reiki practitioner or energy worker familiar with grief work can be very helpful in releasing the heavy weight of grief in your body.
Journal writing can be a beneficial tool for the inner work you may seek as you work through this emotional pain. Let your thoughts and emotions pour onto the page, releasing the heaviness you feel by releasing your grief in a positive way.
Peace, Love, Hope, Joy and Light to you,
